My name is Kate. Barbara & I met after the doctors at K U gave up on me. They said I was ready for the glue factory. My life was great, I had NO intention of leaving it. I live with 6 beautiful Germans and one jackass. Everything was great,, the Germans did all of the money making. The jackass did what jackasses do.
On to what Barbara helped me with. Remember, I was not letting a large cantaloupe sized 'thing' in my chest take me out of the race. Every few days she would stop by to comfort me, talk to me & she let me just lay on her feeling peaceful & whole while I napped on her. After an hour or so I woke up feeling like I could jump any hurdle She would spend a bit with the jealous Germans before she went on to her next client somewhere else.
After about a dozen or so sessions she said she was done. I was to go play & have a great life! That is just what I did. Well until I hurt my eye out in the field.
Back to K U it was for me. When we arrived the doctors looked at my last visit 3 years ago. They came in with me & my family to talk.
They asked why my family had not taken a gun to my head. The nerve!! I whinnied & snorted my angry feelings all over.
The doctors refused to do surgery that was needed for my eye because I had terminal cancer. We insisted they take a new x ray. If the cancer was there we would pay for the service. If it was gone they had to do the surgery AND pay for the x ray.
You maybe thinking an x ray is not that much. It is for a Tennessee Walker like me. A horse is hard to get to hold still while laying on those cold hard tables!
We did NOT pay for that x ray,, they fixed my eye up that day. Barbara came out a couple of times to
make sure those K U Vet students did a good job.
You do not have to be convinced, or understand what she does. If you do not believe in her no problem. Ask Billy about that,, he is sure she is a kook. His cancer from his 1 & 1/4 lungs is also gone. He did nothing but see her. Billy is a great referrer, he tells everyone that Barbara can help straighten out what is messing you up. He has to work, do that human thing. I bet he would like to play all day, get bathed by beautifully girls,,, humans!!

Barbara Ahern has been a highlight, a bright spot along my path. After trying many different types of energy work through various individuals, I've found the ONE. One day as we were doing our walking I asked Stewart what he was getting from the healings. Besides relaxing , he said once when he got to a twilight of almost asleep, he saw clouds, white puffy clouds, as if he was in them, and it was a nice feeling. Thought I should share that with you. I hope he is feeling his clouds now as he makes his transition. Stewart had brain cancer and George the cat was his best healing friend. Stewart was terminal & lived about 3 years longer. He was able to get chemo and be a ranger in Yellowstone Park one more time.
May asked me in 2006 to help her die better. She passed away with a heart full of love. Family completely connected & happy. In that 6 years of her terminal life she gave talks to other cancer clients, bigger clubs & anyone that she could grab their ear. She had many wonderful trips to different friends. Including China to see family and friends. I did what she asked me to do
